By creating a MedKeep account or using MedKeep.ca, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms form a legal agreement between you and MedKeep Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
MedKeep is a personal medication tracking and health record tool that helps you record prescriptions, set reminders, log doctor visits, and generate printable medication summaries. MedKeep is provided free of charge for personal use.
In a medical emergency, call 911. Do not rely on MedKeep in an emergency.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create a MedKeep account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: use MedKeep for commercial purposes without written permission; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; violate Canadian law; reverse-engineer MedKeep's software; or upload false health information intended to deceive healthcare providers.
You own all health information you enter. We claim no rights over your data. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
MedKeep is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, MedKeep Technologies Inc. is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
