Create your free account
Go to MedKeep.ca and tap "Get Started Free." Enter your name, email, and province. No credit card, no lengthy forms. You'll be inside the app within 90 seconds.
💡 You can also sign in with Google — no new password needed.

Add your medications by photo
Gather your pill bottles. Tap "Add Medication" → "Take a Photo" and point your camera at the label. Our AI reads the medication name, dosage, pharmacy, and refill date automatically. About 30–60 seconds per bottle.
💡 Prefer to type? Choose "Enter Manually." Or scan the barcode on the bottle.

Turn on reminders and you're done
Enable dose reminders and refill alerts. From that point, MedKeep quietly keeps track in the background. Supply bars update as you mark doses taken. Refill alerts fire automatically.

Day to day
What using MedKeep looks like
Morning
Open MedKeep, see your medications for the day. Tap "Mark as Taken." 10 seconds.
At the doctor
Tap Print Summary for a clean list of all your medications. Doctors love having it in hand.
Refill time
Get an alert 7–10 days before you run out. Tap the pharmacy button to call directly from the app.
Side effect
Noticed something unusual? Add a note right away, linked to that medication. It'll be there at your next appointment.
After an appointment
Log the visit — what changed, what was discussed, when to follow up. Stored forever.
New prescription
Snap a photo of the new bottle. Added and tracked in under 30 seconds.
